Therefore, it does not make any kind of treatment, processing, or storage of data, it only acts according to the instructions of the Client and/or User to assist him/her in the search of sites and/or links that only refer to public information. Blacktrust.app, will not be responsible, nor performs any administration or treatment of personal data relating to the person sought, other than the instructions of the Client and / or User as responsible for them, so Blacktrust.app only acts as an agent in order to provide the service required by the Client and / or User.

What is the legitimate basis for processing your personal data?

You are informed that Blacktrust.app only processes Personal Data if the Data Subject has consented to the use and processing of his or her Personal Data, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party or for the implementation at the Data Subject’s request of pre-contractual measures; or if the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller.
